Planning Proposals
Preparation and lodgement of Planning Proposals that lead to amendments to zone, uses, development standards etc, ensuring land and projects benefit from the best controls crafted for the particular circumstance.
Design Excellence
Specialising in managing the Design Excellence Competition process. Writing briefs, appointing architectural competitors, guiding outcomes, giving clients comfort on process, and ensuring that development projects are awarded design excellence.
Expertise
Independent advice and expertise. Extensive Land and Environment Court experience. Independent assessment of development applications on behalf of Approval Authorities. Peer Review of projects or documents. Due Diligence of sites and major development projects.
Approval
Facilitate the approval process. From document coordination to lodgement, through assessment, negotiation, presentation to determining bodies and obtain development consent.
